Apostle Demond L. Tolliver

In 1998, God gave Evangelist Tolliver a vision of a deliverance ministry where he began to preach the message from his belly that God gave him in the vision -- "From Bondage to Freedom" across the country. It is during his travels that he realized he would need more than just an anointing to do what God had placed before him -- he needed a covering. So, he sat under the leadership of Archbishop John L. Lawson Jr.,to become better equipped for the task that God had anointed him to highly pursue, and in 2006 his ministry training came full circle as he became an ordained Evangelist by the very same Man of God that introduced him to Christ years before. 

Prophet Demond Tolliver was ordained in the office of an International Evangelist by his spiritual father of Miracle Tabernacle Prayer and Praise Cathedral Church of Deliverance, by Archbishop John L. Lawson, Jr. A mantle of The Brick that was given to him from The Archbishop Lawson for the Prophet's Bondage-Breaking Ministry is an intricate part of the deliverance services even today. Thus the name, BONDAGE BREAKING MINISTRIES.

The ministry began its humble beginnings behind a BBQ shack with 2 members and his beloved Mother Tolliver. After this, it quickly grew to him having Sunday Night Revivals in a hotel. In 2007, Evangelist and Prophet Demond L. Tolliver answered another call -- that of a Shepherd's Heart, while holding services in the hotel conference room for two years, and in February, 2009 the Lord blessed the ministry with its own building in Cedar Hill, Texas. The edifice was rededicated back to the Lord during its official Dedication Service officiated by Bishop Stanley Lawson.

In 2010, the Prophet, Evangelist, and Pastor Demond L. Tolliver became a published author when he wrote and published "Breaking Ungodly Soul Ties." Since its publication, the book has sold over 5000 copies all over the country as it continues to touch the lives of the people it has helped in dealing with ungodly relationships. A little more than a year later, in October 2011, the ministry moved to a new building in Lancaster, Texas. The elevation of our Pastor continued when he was consecrated to the Office of the Apostle in October 2012 by our Archbishop John L. Lawson, Jr.

In the Summer of 2013, Apostle Demond L. Tolliver founded the Apostolic Council International known as ACI Fellowship that provides accountability to leaders, support and empowerment to build up the Body of Christ. Many churches have come under the umbrella of the ACI Fellowship such as Empowerment Christian Center, Abundant Life Ministries, and Remembrance of Christ Christian Church to teach and train leaders in the Five-Fold Ministry and to birth emerging Apostles. The International Apostolic Institution continues to grow in numbers as people come from far and near to hear the learning of the Apostolic and Prophetic from Apostle Demond L. Tolliver.
